Placing an Order

Once an order has been confirmed, payment has been processed, and you have received your order confirmation number, it will not be possible to amend or cancel the order. For changes, please contact the restaurant directly, and they may be able to assist.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund you for the unavailable items. To request a refund, please contact customer services.
You have legal rights concerning any products that are not as described or unfit for purpose. If you believe your order qualifies, please contact customer services.
Collecting Your Order
You should confirm your arrival at the restaurant only when you are actually present. Once your order is ready for collection, as indicated by the app, website, or a team member, please present the confirmation screen or email with the order number. Failure to present proof of order confirmation may result in not receiving your order.
